Ciao! my name is Luca, I’m from Verona, Italy. Growing up in the Valpolicella region of Verona on my family vineyard, I was surrounded by great food and wine. My family taught me the value of cooking authentic quality Italian food and for years I have focussed on unlocking the culinary secrets of my ancestors.
Since moving to Australia, in 2003, I have combined my teaching and cooking background, to create a unique experience in schools. I provide a range of menu options. Each class includes recipes, hands on cooking, ingredients, materials and an enjoyable introduction to the chosen language.
We ave a COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN approved.
